How We Deliver:

ONBOARDING & COMMITMENT
Before they are allowed into the Dentist Playbook content, dentists must complete an onboarding training that ends with a signed commitment…  they will have “skin in the game.”   They know what’s expected, how it works, and they agree to go forward and complete the program on time.

ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING

They’ll get to know their accountability coaches.   This gets them 100% familiar with our online coaching platform, the call schedule, and it creates a customized strategy for them.  It also forces them to begin finding and reviewing their personal performance data (if they aren’t already).

VIRTUAL LESSON CONTENT

Each week dentists are assigned modules with videos to review and activities to complete. We’ve designed the delivery to fit the busy schedule of dentists all across the country. The coach monitors their progress and they are required to participate regularly in the online community. They also get customized support to any issues that may arise.

LIVE CALLS
We’ll host live Q&A Calls every other week so your dentists can talk with our team face to face, ask questions, and get individual support for their unique situations.

RAPID RESULTS
Dentists are encouraged to complete the program in 6 weeks, but we allow for 10 weeks of time. However, if dentists can’t commit to completing the program in 10 weeks, outside of extenuating circumstances, they will be un-enrolled. You get access to the modules and content that we teach, plus you’ll get regular updates on the progress of your dentists.

Dentists will also have a framework to track their daily KPIs and set weekly goals around their KPIs, team engagement, and patient support.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Leading your dentists, setting expectations, hiring dentists, overseeing their clinical performance, or managing your relationship with them.  That has always been the duty of whomever serves as your clinical director.   If you need help there, we have a unique program to develop that side of your business.  But this is not that.

THIS DOES NOT ADDRESS THE SHORTCOMINGS OF YOUR PRACTICES
And based on my experience, your practice likely has shortcomings.

What do I mean? Does every member of every practice know the 6 key fundamentals to practice success? Do they know the key numbers and the benchmarks for those fundamentals? Are they measuring those numbers DAILY, taking responsibility and immediate action to address the numbers when they are off? Is there a leader in place that’s gently and lovingly driving accountability with all team members for those outcomes and sustaining a winning culture?

For your practice to be optimized and scalable…those things need to happen. This program will not address those issues. We have a program for that too, focused on managers. But this is not that.

WE WON'T BE ADDRESSING CLINICAL QUALITY ISSUES
We do offer guidance for dentists to find help if clinical quality is an issue, but we won’t be monitoring their clinical outcomes.  This is your duty, just as it always has been.  Our clinical director training is where you can find more support on this.

CLOSED COMMUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUAL DENTAL GROUPS
Your dentists will be in a community with dentists from all around the country.  We have found that this type of environment fosters the most safety, learning, and confidence.   We don’t currently build closed communities for individual dental groups because it would be cost prohibitive to operate

ALLOW LEADERSHIP OR NON-DENTISTS TO PARTICIPATE
To provide a safe space for open communication, we don’t allow leadership or non-dentists to participate in the private community. You can be certain that there is no tolerance in the community for negative communication. You will have access to 100% of the content, just not the community.

That’s okay, it just means they aren’t a fit for this program.   It might also be a sign of why you are struggling with their performance.   We find that almost all dentists make the initial commitment after going through our introductory module.

Is this just for dentists that are struggling?

Absolutely not!  This is for ANY dentist that wants BETTER!  We’ve actually found that high-performing dentists get MORE out of the program, despite the fact they are generally familiar with many of the principles.   Some dentists have even noted that a single concept, when applied, was worth over $100 per hour of production.  Just one thing!

My dentists aren't self-motivated...

This is why we’ve now included accountability coaching.  Dentists…whether they like it or not…are busy and need support.  It helps them get the results they want, and we’ve found that often dentists that “aren’t self-motivated” were actually just overwhelmed, and in need of some guidance.  Think of our coaches as “personal performance virtual assistants.”  What a gift to give your dentists!
